Latter Day Saints Cark Park Extension

Opus awarded this project to Universal Civil Contracting in the beginning months of 2017 to which construction of the Car Park Extension commenced by April.

This project was a complete Site Strip. New Civil Storm Water and Sewer was laid and connected to existing Brisbane City Counsel assets within area. All Aggregates and AC Pavements were also installed to create the new Car Park and its extension including the installation of a new stair case entrance for the Church.

The project was completed within 3 months of of commencement to which development was executed at an achievable standard.
