Project Overview

Universal Civil Contracting was awarded the contract works for this 16,000m2 carpark in October 2015, with a very strict programme to have the carpark completed and handed over in time for the Christmas Shopping rush. Universal Civil completed the carpark in 8 weeks. After the car park was handed over on time and on budget, Universal moved to the civil works on the Extension to building 3B.
