We are currently seeking a qualified Project Manager to join the UCC Team!
Are you looking for a senior civil position where you can help estimate (check final estimates), procure and then deliver? We are looking for an all-round Civil Project Manager who can deliver a full 360 Project from tender through to delivery including client handover.
Your role will be to assist the General Manager on the day to day operations of various civil and earthworks projects ranging from $500k – $5m throughout the metropolitan area and surrounding suburbs. You will be responsible for estimation, contract administration, managing the performance of sub-contractors, monitoring and reporting finances and project progress.
To be successful in this position you will ideally be a degree qualified civil engineer with a portfolio of Brisbane based earthwork & civil projects up to the value of $5m, a solid understanding of the OHS legislation and have a determination to deliver projects on time and within the budget. A good working knowledge magnet (Civil CAD), PCMX, Microsoft Suite, Upvise and Topcon Machine Control would be desirable.
