Scope of Works
Universal Civil Contracting was awarded the contract works for this 16,000m2 Car Park in October 2015, with a very strict program to have the Car Park completed and handed over in time for the Annual Christmas Season retail rush. Universal Civil completed the Car Park in 8 weeks.
After the car park was handed over on time and on budget, it was then that we progressed to complete the civil works on the extension to Building 3B.
