ADCO Constructions presented Universal Civil with the development of Coles Kedron in June 2016.

The Project included both internal and external works of which all bulk earthworks, roadworks, civil stormwater, sewer and detailed excavation was completed by Universal Civil and its employed Sub-contractors.

By 2017 Universal Civil had completed all internal works and progressed to complete the external road works on Gympie Road, Strathmore Street and Wallin Street. As a team, we worked alongside both ADCO Constructions and their Design Consultant to achieve this.

All deadlines were successfully reached for ADCO’s Grand Opening of this development on 30th September 2017 to which unveiled to the community the transformed land that once covered several addresses on Gympie Road, Strathmore Street and Wallin Street.
