Costco

Universal Civil Contracting completed the civil construction components of the North Lake’s Costco under ADCO Constructions.

The project comprised of many factors including the bulk earthworks, roadworks, pavements, and civil storm water systems. We worked in conjunction with many other Sub-contractors on site to deliver this project timely and cost effective. This was the first of many Costco franchises to hit Queensland, following Victoria, New South Wales and Canberra who had already got on board with the American Retail Giant.

Costco was introduced to the vastly evolving Suburb of North Lake’s, just 30 minutes from the Brisbane CBD.
It is joined by other retail giants like Bunnings Warehouse, of which Universal Civil Contracting were also rewarded the contract works for its development.
