Universal Civil Contracting were awarded this project with ADCO Constructions at the end of January 2015.
We were to complete the demolition of the original North East Car Park and remove exiting trees to allow for the construction of the new rectified Car Park; this included installation and construction of a new Storm Water System, Retaining Walls, Footpaths, Kerbs, Aggregates, Asphalt Pavements, Line Markings and Road Furniture.
Universal were programmed to start the Western Car Park prior to completion of the North East Car Park, however at the clients request we commenced demolition and rectification to the Western Car Park early. This second stage included Storm Water, Concrete Footpaths, Kerbs, Aggregates , Asphalt Pavements, Line Markings and Road Furniture as well.
