Westfield Carpark Upgrade

Shopping Centre design and construction engaged Universal Civil in May 2015 with instruction to demolish and reconstruct three car parks for the Strathpine Westfield

The project was staged to refurbish each car park separately. The third stage of the project was meticulous, having to allow for our trucks to continue their daily deliveries to the loading dock while we demolished and reconstructed the pavements. The bus stop opposite the loading dock also needed to remain operational for the Public. In order to do this, a temporary bus stop was constructed and used throughout the duration of the pavement construction.
